All About Me
I am a mother, musician, artist, nature lover, life-long teacher and I incorporate my experiences with fitness and nutrition into everyday, functional, accessible activities. I encourage clients to bring yoga into the home and activities, throughout their day.

My training and experience with yoga, fitness, meditation, sound healing, mind-body connection, nutrition, and wellness allows me to provide a holistic approach to your yoga practice.
Yoga is for EVERY BODY.
I encourage students to follow your own rhythm and find their own practice, both on and off the mat.
While it's important to reinforce alignment, I take a playful approach to yoga, enticing your inner child to come and play.
